Dr. Dey took the time to hear what I was saying,. She is kind patient and willing to take the time to explain any medication questions,. I highly recommend her.

I absolutely love Dr. Dey! Aside of the fact This woman is so dedicated to her job and such a genuine compassionate person... UMASS Memorial Phone System is the worst it's ever been!

So glad I found Dr.Dey! She is great! Listens to you and addresses the problem right away! She is very good at her job! Office staff are great as well! Very friendly and helpful office!

Dr. Dey is the most amazing doctor in Worcester . However her secretary's are very unprofessional and rude . If you call to speak to the doctor they attempt to triage you , even though they shouldn't . They hang up on you , they speak to you as if you're from a third country . Her nurse isn't the friendliest of men . She needs a whole new staff , not the people umass gave to her . Half the time when you call the phone is completely buzzing for hours , not sure how that's possible when there's about 2 receptionists and they rush everyone off the phone especially if you don't tell them intimate details on why you're calling . only reason I gave 5 stars was because Dr. Dey is the best doctor you could ever come across .

I absolutely love Dr Dey and her staff! She is a new MD to me and she has been so attentive and knowledgeable with every question I have. So happy to have found her. As for reports no one covers her patients while she is on vacation? I find that difficult to believe.

Doctor dey is so amazing. She is the best primary care i have ever had. She is so kind,dedicated to her job. She listens, very prompt on getting back to you. I can not say one bad thing, everyone should have such an amazing doctor, and be so glad you have her. Her medical assistant is so friendly, professional, kind. Can not say one bad thing. So happy i found this office. The office staff very polite and so professional.

Dr. Dey is a great doctor. She always addresses my medical problems without hesitation. I find the staff to be very nice and courteous. If you know the right time to call you will get through. Call closer to noon. Mornings are always busy.. I had a physical with Dr. Dey recently. She was thorough and friendly. Her staff are top notch and helpful.
